Who we are: GETALL!STORE is an independent online retailer serving customers in the United States. We work with partner suppliers that ship orders directly from their warehouses in the United States. Product photos are for illustration, and small differences in color or packaging may occur. If an item becomes unavailable or was listed with an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Warranty: every order is covered by our 30-day return policy and by any manufacturer warranty included with the product. Except as stated on this website, and to the extent permitted by law, products are sold without any other warranty, express or implied. Please use every product according to its instructions and safety warnings.
Limitation of liability: to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Disputes: if you have a problem with an order, please contact us first through the contact form on our Customer Service page so we can try to resolve it within 30 days. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
